Last Tuesday I went to Finnmark on a work trip. Finnmark is the northernmost county of Norway, so I guess you can imagine how far north it is. We flew to Alta and drove to Kautokeino. Kautokeino is quite far away from anything else and there are mostly Sami people living here. The Sami people is the indigenous people in Norway (and Sweden, Finland and the part of Russia that is closest to Scandinavia).
Anyways the shot was supposed to be about making, and here is a mosaic wall in the making at Juhls’ Silver Gallery in Kautokeino.
