I’ve finally started looking through the photos from our big roadtrip through southern and parts of western Norway. Our first stop was Kristiansand in Vest-Agder county on the south coast. Our first few days we visited the Kristiand Zoo and Amusement Park. They actually call themselves The living park. It’s huge covering 150 acres of natural nordic terrain, and the animals have a lot of space. I didn’t take all that many good shots of the animals but there are some.
1. Pygmy Marmoset
3. Wolf. They have a big nordic wildlife part of the park where (if you’re lucky) you can see wolverines, wolf, lynx and polar fox. We only saw wolfs but that was kinda cool 🙂
4. Funny bird with red eyes (if someone knows the name, please let me knoow)
5. The closest I got to a tiger. They have tiger babies there now, but the building where they were wasn’t open to the public yet.
