Traditional Norwegian flatbread seen from the side is the last shot of my “Norway/Norwegian” week. Flatbread is usually eaten with fish and salted meat dishes. Lots of countries have some sort of flatbread and some are full of flavor. Not so with the Norwegian one which is made of barley flour, salt and water. But I still like it ๐Ÿ™‚

    1. Thanks, Sarah. No this is not lefse. Lefse is a bit thicker and soft. This is hard and would break if you would try to roll it up. Love lefse though. ๐Ÿ™‚
