We´ve had so much warm and sunny weather lately that now there are lots of wildflowers growing literally right outside my door. There will be many flower shots this summer. So many that I probably need to make an effort to photograph other things as well
1. Arctic Starflower
4. Red campion
5. Cuckoo Flower (Lady´s Smock)
6. The buttercup and the fly
Yesterday I joined a photography group on a trip to the Ringve Botanical Garden. There weren´t as many flowers as I had hoped, and I also (once again) found that I really need to buy myself a zoom lens so that I can shoot birds too. Anyways, here are a few of the shots from yesterday´s trip.
We bought balcony boxes for the veranda and lots of flowers for both the veranda and for some urns we already had yesterday. We arranged everything in the beautiful weather we had. Here are some shots of what now feels a bit like summer.
I hope you are all having a wonderful Easter. I have had time off from work for the entire week, and have really enjoyed spending time with my family. Here are some Easter photos for you, while I wait for dinner to get ready
Even though I love snow and go skiing when the sun is shining bright in the blue sky, I also look forward to spring and all the spring flowers. So while I wait (and I probably have to wait for some time), I have bought some daffodils and tulips to brighten up inside.
This is a snapshot of the old and beautiful building that is home to the Science Museum in Trondheim. It is Norway’s oldest museum. I love the colour of this building.
We have bought some plastic cups and bowls for our son’s playhouse, and I found them great subjects for the colorful theme of the week.
We were at Ikea on Saturday. Ikea on a Saturday is mostly like a nightmare, but at least we managed to get stuff planned and figured out what we want for our house.
I was so happy with this shot and I also figured it fits the theme as a bumblebee do have patterns on its back, doesn’t it? And on its wings too. Hope you guys love it as much as I do.
