Some old favorites
I guess this now can be called a series. So this is my new post in the series “A look back at some old photos”. Previously I have posted “Some old spring photos” and “A foggy day at the cemetery“. The following photos have no connection except for the fact that these are all photos that I’m happy with myself. I hope you like them too. Enjoy.
Some old spring photos
Small signs of spring
As I write the title of this post, it´s once more snowing outside.. As my followers already know, I love snow. But I also love the changing of the seasons. Snow in April is not uncommon, but still I´m now tired of snow and cold. I want spring with small wild flowers, crocuses and buds on the trees. And seeing photos from those of my blogger friends that are now posting spring photos, just makes me long for it even more.
So still plenty of snow outside, but still there are some small signs of spring.
Northern lights – first try
The other night I went out for my very first try at capturing the northern lights. I know it was much more spectacular and special down by the fjord and away from the city, but up on the hill close to the woods where I live, it was not very spectacular. But still it was green and a bit mysterious anyways. I will test it out again, but there may not be many chances before next winter. I was not very happy with these, but I guess most of the reason is because it lacked that special something in how it looked from where I live.
Anyways, I hope you like my first try at these kind of shots.

226/366 Light in the shadows of the woods
I’m so behind this week, but we are spending every night packing, cleaning and throwing out stuff to prepare for selling the apartment and moving. Anyways, this week is “Shadows” week. I’m not sure I will be able to follow the theme every day as it it a busy week, but a few trips in the woods in the wonderful weather there is time for. This is Monday’s shot and I liked how the light came through the trees. I wish the focus was on the outer parts too, but nevertheless quite happy with the result.
