More signs of spring

The snow is finally starting to disappear and the sun has been warming for a few days now. The next days it´s supposed to rain, but right not rain is so much better than snow.

Here are a few more early signs of spring. These shots were taken during the weekend. It feels quite weird to call mid-April early spring, but hey this is Norway for you. ;-)

I guess the next one needs explanation for you to understand that this is a spring sign. It is my son studying a spider that has woken up in the spring sun.

A wonderful weekend

I just had the most wonderful weekend enjoying as much time as possible outside in the fantastic weather.  We’ve been out skiing both days. And since a big camera is not the easiest thing to bring while skiing (and teaching my son to ski), I have had to do with the phone.  So here are some Instagram shots from the last two days, and one from the tram stop the late morning before the weekend.

217/366 Playing with water

I haven’t posted a photo in a few days, but I’m still on track with shooting a photo a day. Saturday and Sunday we had lovely weather and we stayed outside all day long. Yesterday we drove the 7 hours drive back home after being away for two weeks, and today’s been quite busy. Hopefully all posts will be up to date by tomorrow.

Here’s the shot for Saturday. As I’ve mentioned before, my 3 year old son loves playing with water (as lots of kids do, I guess), and he agreed quickly when I asked for a bit of help for my water shot. :)

176/366 Lübeck in the rain

After taking the train to Hamburg, we drove on to our last stop of the vacation: Lübeck. We arrived early in the afternoon Sunday. It was a cold and rainy day. So after 37 degrees Celsius in Italy, coming to north Germany with 13 degrees Celsius was a cold experience. Lübeck is an interesting city with lots of great history and architecture, and we went for a walk after lunch in the rain. But I must say it was nice to get back to the hotel and get on some dry clothes.

We came back to Norway today and will be home tomorrow afternoon. This means I have only a few photos left to be up to date, and then I will be able to visit all your great blogs again. Thanks again for all the support and comments during my three weeks abroad. :)

80/366 On the way home

This is actually not a proper street photography, as I have taken a photo of my son on the way home from kindergarten. But I think it has the feel of street photography. To my defense the rain was pouring down today and the baby was sleeping for hours so I wasn’t able to go for a long walk or downtown to see if I could practice on this week’s theme. Hopefully I can get downtown tomorrow.

And yes, I have used my Android phone for this one too.
