356/366 Christmas lights bokeh

356 Christmas bokeh

I hope you all are having a wonderful Christmas time. I´m so glad I joined wordpress at the end of 2011 to use this as my platform for my 366 project. I have gotten to know such great photographers and some of you I also consider my friends. Wish you all the best for the rest of  Christmas. :)

104/366 Gelo hearts bokeh

Bought myself a treat today. I also got my camera back after having the sensor cleansed. I should take some proper test shots tomorrow to see if everything is alright. I have used my favorite lens shooting these hearts: “the nifty fifty” – the Canon 50 mm f/1,8. One day I will get a f/1,4.. :)

103/366 Crocus bokeh

Today I handed in my DSLR to a professional to get the sensor cleaned. I will get it back tomorrow (if I manage to find the time to go downtown). In the meanwhile I have to do with my point & shoot. I was not too happy with this shot so I edited it a bit with some extra warm tones to make it a bit better. (at least in my eyes). I love Crocuses. They are a great sign of spring. Outside our apartment building there have been Crocuses for quite a while now, but then they suddenly got covered in snow. Now the snow is melting again. I love winter, but I think it should be long gone by mid-April..

101/366 Evening bokeh

I was going to throw this flower out since it’s beyond rescue (I’m not really good with plants… ) but figured I could try to photograph it for a bokeh shot when I saw the lights from the apartment building on the other side of the street. It turned out quite nice, didn’t it?

100/366 Green bokeh

The last day of Easter is also the start of a new week. And the theme for this week is “Bokeh”.

This day is also photo number 100 for my A photo a day project. The blogging experience have been above all expectations. I will most likely pass 5000 hits today, I have close to 100 followers and get so many likes and comments. I just want to thank all of you for the encouragement. I feel like I have also made some friends here in the blogging world. Strange how you can feel you know someone through their photos. So THANK YOU! Wish you all a lovely week ahead.
