Trying to think of new ways to photograph body parts. I had no idea that this theme would be so difficult beforehand. Especially since I’m still waiting for the baby, and I don’t feel very inspired when it comes to photography these days.
Details from a small wooden sculpture that me and my husband got as a gift some years ago. Our son always says that this is mum and dad dancing.
I will rather take body parts shots of my son than myself… so today we move on to his feet. I find his little feet and toes so adorable, and I can’t really remember how small they were when he was a newborn. I will get a reminder of that soon when the new baby arrives
One more week and this week’s theme is Body parts. This is my 2,5 year old son after coming home from kindergarten, relaxing on the sofa and being very happy to have his pacifier, and having dirty finger nails from playing with playdough during the day.
So this is Sunday’s shot and the last one for the circles theme. I really should have composed it better, but with my huge baby bump I wasn’t able to get further down on the floor…. And yes, the due date is just days away. That means that all of a sudden, I probably will be away from blogging for a few days, but I will of course try to take pictures anyways. (probably baby shots

After two days with colorful photos, I went for a black and white one today. It’s not sharp, but I decided to go for this one for today’s post anyways.
Some of the colors in my son’s paint box. As you can see it’s well-used. I thought it was great with some colors for Friday of the Circles theme week. Wishing you all a great weekend.
For a long time I have wanted to take pictures of straws, and with the circles theme this week I finally tried it out. I’m quite happy with the result, but I wanted it to be the more colorful ones and I know the lighting is not perfect. Unfortunately I couldn’t get the more colorful ones from my local store, I will have to try that later on. As for the lighting – there is more light on the left, and I realise I really need to get myself a proper flash soon. ..
Continuing on my circles theme and I chose one of my many eye shadows to shoot for today. It’s nice with some sparkle on an ordinary Wednesday, isn’t it?
